Being stable, at ease, connected... these are all things that you feel after grounding yourself. So what is grounding? The direct definetion of grounding is "a therapeutic technique that involves doing activities that “ground” or electrically reconnect you to the earth". Grounding has incredible benefits to your life like reducing inflammation, decreasing pain, decreasing stress, improving sleep, and improving your overall look on life. There are tons of ways to ground yourself but since it summer, we thought it would be best to give you grounding tools to do with nature since summer is a time for enjoying nature. So today we have 7 summer nature grounding tools for you.


7 Summer Nature Grounding Tools

  1. Sit in the rain

  2. swim in the creeks, rivers, oceans, and lakes.

  3. Run in the grass

  4. Lay on the ground watch the stars

  5. Smell the flowers and grass around you.

  6. Take a morning walk

  7. Watch the sunset or sunrise
