How can you apply this knowledge into your life?
If you think dry brushing sounds like something you are interested in and want to know how to do it. Here are a few tips along with steps for you!
Find a good dry brush that works for you. Some will want a stiffer brush while others want a softer brush, it's your choice.
Start at the bottom of your body (Feet) and move upward. Skip areas that have a rash, cut, or other skin impurities that will be bothered/irritated if brushed.
Brush in wide, circular motion with varying pressure depending on the tolerance of the body area.
After you're done, you can either shower or you can use a cool cloth to wipe off the dead skin.
To get really moisturized skin, you can use coconut oil at the end as a lotion.
Repeat this daily or every other day or results. You can also do this whenever you are feeling anxious or before a stressful day in the morning to calm the nervous system.
Again, Happy Monday! And happy dry brushing! Have a wonderful day!
