OOEY GOOEY GRANOLA

MAKES: about 1 1/2 cup of granola

TIME: 25-30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

-1/4 cup of sliced almonds

-1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds

-1/4 cup of chia seeds

-1/4 cup of chopped walnuts

-1/4 cup of ground flaxseeds

-1/4 cup of natural maple syrup

-chopped up 8 soft dried strawberries

-chopped up 5 long slices of soft dried mango

STEPS

  1. First, set your oven to 300F. Then get out a medium sized bowl.

  2. In the medium sized bowl, pour all your ingredients in and stir thoroughly.

  3. Once everything is combined, get out a cookie sheet. If you want to avoid a big clean-up, use a liner for the cookie sheet (re-useable or parchment paper if you don't have a re-useable one).

  4. Then pour the mixture onto a cookie sheet and spread it out evenly.

  5. Put the granola into the oven and let it cook for 20 minutes.

  6. Take it out after 20 minutes and let it sit until it is cooled.

  7. Once cooled, you can break it up into pieces and enjoy your ooey gooey granola.

Hope you enjoy this on the go snack: ooey gooey granola.

Reminder: Be kind to your body, you only get one. So feed your body the nutrients it needs.
