10 TOAST COMBOS TO UP YOUR BREAKFAST GAME

Happy FOOD FRIDAY! If you aren’t aware, we have updated our blog schedule to have FOOD FRIDAY’S every other week:)


School has begun and one of the easiest, fastest breakfast choices is toast. But… it’s not very nutritious and doesn’t stay with you very long. To fix this, some people have added things like avocado and nut butter to their toast, but there are so many options and creations to add to your toast in the morning and today we are here to share a few with you!

1.Nut butter and raspberries/strawberries


2.Peaches/Nectarines with vanilla yogurt


3.Almond slices, honey, chocolate chips, and cherries


4.Nut butter with pumpkin/chia/hemp seeds and honey


5.Avocado, fried egg, and salt/pepper


6.Vanilla yogurt and pineapple slices


7.Ricotta cheese, pumpkin seeds, blueberries


8.Almond butter, chocolate chips, and banana slices


9.Nut butter, honey, and cinnamon


10.Honey, strawberries, pumpkin seeds, and chocolate chips
