Happy FOOD FRIDAY! This week we have a VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE recipe to make banana bread. It can be hard to find good baking recipes that are vegan and gluten free, so we are here to help you out this week! We hope you try out this recipe this weekend.
INGREDIENTS -2 over ripe or ripe bananas, mashed
-2/3 cups of almond flour
-1 tsp baking powder
-1 tsp of cinnamon
-1/4 tsp of salt
-2 tbsp of monk fruit sugar or coconut sugar
-2 flax eggs
-1/2 cup of coconut oil
-1 tsp of vanilla extract
STEPS -Pre-heat the oven to 350F -Combine dry ingredients in a bowl
-In a separate bowl mix the wet ingredients together
-Then add the wet mix to the dry mix and stir until combined
-Bake for 40-50 minutes(until the knife or toothpick comes out clean)
-Let cool and ENJOY!
