Now let's get to the recipe!
SERVING SIZE: About two medium crusts
TIME: 20 minutes
INGREDIENTS: -1 1/4 cup cauliflower flour
-1 1/2 tsp olive oil
-1 1/2 tsp self rising yeast
-1 1/2 tsp monk fruit sugar (regular sugar will work as well)
-1/2 cup of hot water
STEPS:
Pre-heat the oven to 450F.
Combine the water, yeast, and sugar in a bowl and whisk together. Let this mixture sit for 10 minutes (until it forms bubbles)
Once bubbly, add in the olive oil to the mixture and lightly mix the oil in.
Then pour the cauliflower flour into the mixture. You can stir the flour with a spatula. (if you have a dough hook, then you can use that to combine the flour into the mixture.)
Roll the dough into a ball and powder the outside with some cauliflower flour. Then add some of the flour to clean space on a countertop.
Place the dough on the clean, floured counter and roll out the dough into a pizza shape.
Once the dough is in a pizza shape, then you can transfer it to a pizza pan, or cookie sheet.
Next, place the whole thing in the oven and let it bake for 5 mins.
Once it is done, you can add your toppings and let it cook in the oven until it is fully cooked.
Then enjoy!
