HAPPY FOOD FRIDAY! This week is chickpea waffles. Bonus: IT'S GLUTEN FREE AND VEGAN! Waffles are a staple breakfast food but unfortunately the common mixes contain gluten and other ingredients that some people can't have. These are so easy to make with only 5 ingredients and they taste delicious. We hope you try these out chickpea waffles for breakfast tomorrow or maybe even for dinner tonight!
INGREDIENTS -1 and 1/2 cup of chickpea flour
-1 and 1/3 cup of water
-2 tbsp of oil (you choose, we used olive oil)
-2 tsp of baking powder
-1/4 tsp of salt
STEPS
Take a medium sized bowl and pour all your ingredients in the bowl
Mix the ingredients until fully combined
Take your waffle maker and pour the mix in and let it cook until it's done
Take it out of the waffle maker, and then ENJOY:)
