One thing that every yoga girl needs is a mat cleanser. Your yoga mat can get sweaty and dirty depending on the intensity of the flow you do and how often you practice. If you are someone who practices a couple times a month, then you should clean your mat once a month. If you are someone who practices daily, you should clean your mat around once or twice a week. When you clean your yoga mat, there are buy-able cleansers, but it is so simple to make at home, that there is no need to go to the store and spend extra money. Today's blog will teach you how to make your own natural yoga mat cleanser at home and if you are un-able to make that one, we will give you a back-up option to go along with it. So, let's get started!
